At Tisza Automotive, we truly dedicate special attention to the development, promotion, and application of an environmentally conscious mindset. As part of this, we have taken several small but significant steps in the field of environmental protection, in order to ensure that our operations are in harmony with nature, including production without harmful impact on our employees and the working environment, as well as selective waste collection. Although a long road still lies ahead of us, we believe that together nothing is impossible.
Production without harmful impact:
In October 2021, we started the production of components for vehicles that operate without harmful emissions. We launched BEV production, that is, the production of wiring harnesses for fully electric vehicles, at all three of our production sites—in Senta, Bečej, and Kikinda. This means that the production process takes place without harmful impact on people and the environment.
Selective waste collection and recycling:
We selectively collect waste generated during production in order to recycle it further. We believe that production can be both efficient and environmentally friendly.
Organized transportation for employees:
Organized transportation not only makes commuting easier for our employees, but also contributes to reducing environmental pollution.
Digitalization to reduce paper usage:
We are continuously digitalizing our operational system. We have enabled our colleagues to handle administrative tasks electronically through our online eOffice platform, which also includes the possibility of applying online for open positions through internal job postings. Reducing paper usage is one step closer to preserving forests and nature.
With all these steps, we jointly strive to set an example through our environmentally conscious approach. We are working on the continuous improvement and expansion of our capacities in order to welcome new colleagues to our dynamic team. Our shared goal is a sustainable future and the protection of our environment.
